Farris, a native of the Mediterranean island of Sardinia has created a menu and ambiance that showcases the abundant tastes and exceptional beauty of Italy. A cuisine celebrating the rustic flavors and indigenous ingredients of the land and sea – from wild game to fish, herbs, fresh vegetables, handmade pastas and cured meats, Sardinian cheeses, honey and aromatic sauces. Menu highlights include carpaccios, risottos, pizza from the wood-burning oven, baked whole fish, house-made pastas and award-wining steaks.
